Reports of a 20 CM high tsunami. If it's high tide, that can cause problems.

Red Puma and USGS reporting as 6.9. Red Puma is usually reliable.

Mmmmh.. Just checked both the Tepco livecam and the JNN livecam for anything suspicious due to the recent quake. Interestingly the Tepco cam was streaming daylght video.. and the JNN cam was streaming nighttime vid.. Makes you wonder what are they willing to show us (again)…

Foreshocks. That 8.0+ is still waiting to happen. What's left of the SFPs won't handle that.
Report Comment
Then what are we going to do then?
Our storms are back again today.
I'm really wondering what the future holds.

Weather and winds coming..on Thursday..strong winds from the NE will blow 20 knots towards the ocean. Then on the 18 or 19th a gale gives more W winds..blowing towards the sea. Wind is not a friend for Fukushima right now. People need to check the wind directions and take care/stay out of rain, wear masks.

I agree and am thinking to go somewhere for a couple days but I cant possibly leave my siblings behind. They would think I was being hysterical if I mentioned any such worry as this to them!
