  • Time Is Short Time Is Short

Clear Channel Communications is owned by Bain Capital. Mitt Romney's company. Whose campaign is heavily supported by GE.

I wouldn't get in too much of a hurry to send them your money.

What are the chances of any of Bain's stations telling us the truth?

There's no question the increasing extinction levels of radiation pouring from Fukushima won't kill off life as we know it, IF WE'RE LUCKY!

TIS confirms the fixed election: "Clear Channel Communications is owned by Bain Capital. Mitt Romney's company. Whose campaign is heavily supported by GE."

SP: Obama gets more GE money, but if he becomes a liability before election day in November they have a backup plan. Obama is praying more than anyone that Unit 4 doesn't collapse.

This is NOT about luck. Can't be left to chance! Panic obscures clear thinking. At least there's some truth in saying don't panic.

"We may luck our way through this". Is Mitt talking about possibly landing in the White House here?

    Oh sorry,…..hey brainiacs,……radiation doesn't respond to LUCK!

The second half of this program about the Canadian Tar Sands operations and the resulting cancer causing pollution is yet another example of how the partnership between companies and governments facilitate a cover-up of the truth from those most negatively impacted. The propaganda campaign in favor of Tar Sands and the lack of main stream media covering the true problems is the same recipe of deceit used in the nuclear industry.

      Totally tubular, right on…..

      Monopoly is as monopoly does.

      The recipe?

Record profits in a near depression.

      Paying zero taxes.

      Collecting corporate welfare.

Win win win for the monopolies.

Lose, lose, lose for the 99%.

      Class dismissed…

Love that line of advice…. "don't have to totally panic".

SP: So just panic a little? Hope for deliverance from above? You better start doing all you can for your own family because your government is clueless. If they had half a brain cell they would have pulled 90% of all foreign troops home and send massive help to Japan. The Washington idiots will continue to be one step behind in this crisis and if Fukushima does cascade into a Northern Hemisphere nightmare of radioactive fallout and we need troops for martial law we will be once again find ourselves in deep straits. Like during Katrina. Half the National Guard troops 10,000 miles away fighting a useless war.

SP: You hear that Mitt Dawg? You got campaign zingers everywhere from this Forum just waiting to smash your opponents. Can't you turn down the GE campaign support?

Maybe not… I see this election is going to approach half a billion smackeroos from Super PACs. I guess a candidate has to have Warren Buffet type money to turn away the GEs of this world.

Luck alone will not guarantee that SFP 4 does not collapse. Nothing may ultimately, but we, humanity, must do everything in our collective power to see that it it survives. The first step in that process being letting the highest levels of government know that we are aware of this cascading catastrophe of death, and that we demand that the weight of the world's collective resources be brought ti bear in dealing with it.

Petition President Obama to commission the Fukushima International Scientific Advisory Team, save Spent Fuel Pool #4, and stop Fukushima.

      Thanks for the link, kid42day.

In case anyone here is concerned about privacy, all WhiteHouse.gov requires is your name, a working e-mail address (you can give a "disposable" one), and your residence zip code. Pretty straightforward.

Under the circumstances, I violated my personal privacy policy and gave them my e-mail address.

This is a petition well-worth signing! 25,000 signatures are needed by May 8. Please consider signing the petition.

Yes, thanks for mentioning those details, HoTaters. A very little amount of effort is required for what could, possibly, in our wildest dreams, be a great return.

Also, everyone, please share it on other sites you frequent, such as FluffPo, etc. In the next day or so, a letter to the New York Times with the petition info will be coming, so watch out for that!
