Title: Where’s the “New Day” as Promised?
Source: Malu ‘Aina
Date: December 5th, 2012
A group of 2 dozen Big island residents, many wearing Hazmat type suits, dramatically urged the State Health Department (DOH) to stop being bystanders and become pro-active advocates of public health [...]
Jim Albertini, of Malu ‘Aina said “DOH action is needed to investigate what’s causing uranium showing up in Big island resident’s urine. Is it uranium weapons that have been fired at [the Pohakuloa Training Area] or something else? Three MDs and a Naturopathic doctor have patients who have tested high for uranium in urine, including levels exceeding three times the upper expected limit.” [...]

Good lordy, so it starts! Now will the Hawaii goverment cover it up like japan or will they tell the people the truth? Obviously the test results cannot be hidden and people have their paper work hope they save them for future lawsuits…

Many thanks, Weeping Lulu, for the link. No surprise here. We knew this was happening. Trulia.com shows thousands of homes suddenly coming on the market all over Hawaii, as the reality of daily doses of Fukushima radiation sinks into the minds of the sheeple. Next headline: "High levels of radiation found in California produce." California Milk, anyone? Fresh, crisp salad?

Well, look at the bright side: this will revive the housing market in Hawaii creating billions of jobs. Not to mention remediation workers, oncology technicians, and morticians.
Fukushima is an atomic job-creator.

Test people in the rest of the United States and Japan, because if they're finding radiation in people in Hawaii, it'll show up in the other places, as well.

Yep it sucks…the smaller and more isolated the government, the more corrupt the system. And the feds love it, since they know they can control a corrupt state government with the minimum amount of money so they can control the best land in the state and play their war games and undersea submarine communications methods that are like 180dB to marine animals.

This is from the army bombing with Depleted uranium ?
But who knows maybe it was added to 1,2,3,fukushima?
I read something like that, anyone know if it true?

It would be good to know the history of the uranium laced urine.
A quick glance at the web site just hints at 'recent' patients' testing. Are there patients from pre 3/11 that tested positive?
It would seem to me that after 40 years…
… Uranium in urine should have showed up months after the first dust storm some 40 years ago. (you get the idea)

Are the people to feel better..by thinking this is an aftershock?
It has always been my understanding that aftershocks..were within some relative time frame to the original earthquake.

Rose as big as the original quake was they can have these after shocks for years

Yaah…why not just blame it on this one..
"On December 24, 1854, an earthquake of 8.4 M on the Richter scale, the Ansei Tōkai Quake hit Suruga Bay. Over 10,000 people from the Tōkai region down to Kyushu were killed."

And so on and so forth.
54 flippin reactors on an earthquake ridden set of islands!
How stupid is that..how dangerous?!
We have to stop this madness.

ForwardAssist can you expand on your comment. Seems not only Hawaii has this problem so does the west coast from Geiger counters that have shown up ticks since 3-11 .

Depleted Uranium: Horror from America
"American use of DU is "A crime against humanity which may, in the eyes of historians, rank with the worst atrocities of all time." US Iraq Military Vets "are on DU death row, waiting to die."
"For these weapons have released deadly, carcinogenic and mutagenic, radioactive particles in such abundance that-whipped up by sandstorms and carried on trade winds – there is no corner of the globe they cannot penetrate. (…) For the wind has no boundaries and time is on their side: the radioactivity persists for over 4,500,000,000 years and can cause cancer, leukemia, brain damage, kidney failure, and extreme birth defects – killing millions of every age for centuries to come. A crime against humanity which may, in the eyes of historians, rank with the worst atrocities of all time."

Interesting 14 page study on the effects of DU use on the NATO weapons test site in Sardegna:
(…) "Concerning DU radiotoxicity, U-238 is a long-lived alpha-emitter, with a weak emission of beta and gamma rays. External exposure hazards mainly regard military personnel using tanks with DU shields, while it is negligible in other occasions. The most important pathways for DU exposure are therefore in case of ingestion or inhalation.Personnel in or near an armoured vehicle at the time these vehicles are struck by depleted uranium munitions can receive significant internal DU exposures. On the other hand, army officials believe that DU-related health risks are greatly outweighed by the risks of combat.
This is not the case, however, for the exposure of public due to DU contamination, or for peace-keeping actions after war." (…)

How true! Let's all put a little arsenic and mercury in our food, drive our cars at a speed of 150 in inner cities, encourage one-year olds to to take up smoking tobacco and drinking alcohol! No big deal! The risks are greatly outweighed by the risks of combat.
