“Fukushima Daini was fully recovered. They put a lot of sandbags, the vessels can resist 15.4m of Tsunami.”
Sandbags? Well if the put plenty of them, then… OK!

Yeah – who am I to question an FRCSR tweet 'as per' an unofficial report.
Iori's weak evidence I linked to includes absolutely no reports from Fukushima workers.
The former president of TEPCO rounding up subcontractors specifically to prepare Daini for restart? You're right – what does that have to do with TEPCO restarting Daini?
And comments from the current TEPCO Chairman and the new TEPCO President during a July visit to Fukushima? Irrelevant and inconsequential compared to an unofficial report by an anonymous Fukushima worker.
I stand corrected.

Iori has an entire website full of useful and helpful information that Enenews uses often. Do NOT use one unfortunate link to condemn his whole site which has been in operation since March of 2011.
If you think you can do better at regularly speaking DIRECTLY to people in Japan you go right ahead. Make sure to keep everyone posted.

White smoke seen rising from Fukushima II Nuclear Power Plant in Tomioka-machi after the quake but BEFORE the tsunami.
http://enenews.com/smoke-rising-fukushima-daini-after-quake-before-tsunami
It has been revealed that TEPCO wants to release about 3,000 tons of water in the reactor buildings (and turbine buildings, according to the news clip at the site) of Fukushima II Nuclear Power Plant. However, fearing the negative effect on marine products, the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries is strongly against the plan, making the negotiations between TEPCO and the Ministry difficult. As of early July 2012, Daini had radiation levels 16 to 33X what they were pre-3/1, they were lower inside the plant than outside.
This article in The Wall Street Journal expressed concern about how Fukushima Daiichi's radiation levels were causing Daini's to rise:
July 4, 2012, Fukushima Watch: At Fukushima Daini, It’s Safer Inside Than Outside By Mitsuru Obe. Wall Street Journal
[excerpted "At the Fukushima Daini nuclear power plant, it may be safer inside the reactor buildings than it is outside them. JRT, which went on a media tour of Daini on Wednesday, found that background radiation levels in the plant compound were around 0.5 to 1.0 microsieverts per hour — some 16 to 33 times higher than prior to the March 2011 accident… http://blogs.wsj.com/japanrealtime/2012/07/04/fukushima-watch-at-fukushima-daini-its-safer-inside-than-outside/

I am very skeptical about them starting Daini.
I suspect that Daini is dangerously hot so if they are starting it, there must be a very specific and, probably, hidden reason.

The 'new' government was announcing on NHK last night, that they view their 'mandate' to restart ALL NUCLEAR PLANTS in Japan.
They said that if they do not, financial consequences will be 'severe' or something to that effect.
