The municipal government of Namie, located near the crippled Fukushima No. 1 nuclear plant, will request that the government exempt its residents from medical fees, senior officials from the town said Saturday. [...]

Let me see..didnt the government/TEPCO say NO danger to health from the radiation? ..NO one should be ill or sick or anything..Slowly and more slowly the actual facts of the situation are becoming clear. Hearts go out to all the many victims, worldwide, who now have to live with the results of TEPCO/Government mistakes. This ALL of us!

We all need to be able to get medical attention, not to just those who can afford it.
Corporations have a morally responsibility for the public's health, when knowingly they are building such dangerous things.

Unfortunately these corporations are sociopathic, so they probably consider it a weakness to act out of moral responsibility. Although they're really good at faking it, until something like this happens, and exposes their real nature.

I think it's time for humanity to put on their big girl underwear and face the facts. Society in general has looked to pills for the remedy to all its ills. Generally, we have appealed to healthcare for a solution to pain, depression, stress, overweight, disfigurement, allergies, and a rainbow of psycho-somatic ailments. The Christian wisdom and belief that held sway in the early part of the last century was that medical interferance with health was less than useless in most all cases. Why does man seek to play the role of God?

I realize a lot of what I say goes against what puts food on peoples tables. But for any progress in wisdom sometimes we need to let go of our precious preconceived ideas of what we believe to be fact.

I fear that #4 is TOAST.

One morning I feel 'we' will wake up to a banner from TEPCO that says, "Sorry we killed you". Because TRULY it will be too late to do anything about it!

Common law says that the requirement for legal action is to be able to articulate how one was hurt. If the sheeple are kept uninformed and unable to articulate their way out of a wet paper sack, then business will be able to get away with murder. Unfortunately, we are seeing a carefully constructed crime against humanity that is protecting the stock market and corporations. For all I know, everyone here except you SJ and a couple others are shills.

There are quite a few contributors who have added a lot of positive insight to the matter under consideration.
The hallmark of shills is to confuse, to divert, to blanket, in sum, to prevent insight.
The last sentence spoils your otherwise excellent rant. I really don't understand why it's there.
