More from a trusted source in Japan with a background in nuclear engineering (minimal editing):

The city of Minamisoma set up the “Minamisoma City Economic Reconstruction Research Team,” and the team created the following document last year.

Research for Business (and Operation) Cases with New Ideas – In Preparation for creating a program of economic reconstructionhttp://www.city.minamisoma.lg.jp/mpsdata/web/5125/jirei.pdf [Alternate link]

According to this document, the city should establish environmental radioactivity research facilities in the “Soso Environmental Radioactivity Research Triangle” (research object areas: Minamisoma city, Iitate village, and Namie town) in order to vigorously promote research for elucidating the mechanism of low-level radiation on the human body and facilitate a study on the assessment of that risks.

Many Japanese people get angry with the document, because it suggest human experimentation of low dose exposure. Such living-body experiments are internationally prohibited by “The Nuremberg Code” (see details at http://ohsr.od.nih.gov/guidelines/nuremberg.html). A Fukushima resident says, “Minamisoma is like a Nazi concentration camps, Fukushima Holocaust comes.”

Live human radiation experiments?? On a side note the Japan central bank purchased $500 million of equities in the japan stock market in a failed effort to prop it up.

why do i want to mention the bloody fukushima "oncology sales" symposium again?? i feel like im suffering from repetative symposium injury??

    in short

the japanese have all the test data from the most heavily hit belarus… they know what to expect.. except worse…

all the other oncology (child killer) universities from around the globe are covering up the effects of chernobyl..

they are CONSPIRING with the likes of the nippon foundation and fukushima medical joke place to condem the beutiful people of these areas to the status od guinea pigs..

Even in Japanese they have a saying about Karma. Unfortunately, a lot of children will pay the price beforehand. They have done such a good job at attacking the truth (myself included) that it is hard to expose it alone.

        hi rooks :)
give my luv to the family..

the thing i understand about Karma is that we get the chance to break the cycle, not continue it with pride, righteous indignation, stuff like that!

time for the japanese to start caring about one another as they would care about themselves individually.. time for a change.. time to break down the barriers that seperate people.. thats my hope for the future of japan!!

corporations out and humanity/spirituality in!! imo

        talking of which
hope all is gong well! ;)

It's no news as far as nuclear is related. Have you heard of the plutonium files(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Plutonium_Files)? I wonder if it still surprises you how government/media can hide things from our eyes.

The question is how we could save many people left in dangerous areas. Related, there should be decent tests on children who have already evacuated due to wise decision of their parents. There are few petitions in Japanese but they don't seem to be able to get as much as they want most likely because the government and mass media's downplaying campaign is successful. Also, the government stops monetary aids, having been gathered worldwide, to those who evacuated. :(

See these pics after Chernobyl – it's all there: powerwashing houses, plant gigantism, irradiated fish…..looks like Japan.

    Horrid.

Low dose radiation has been being downplayed – just look at who created this video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Ncm8KwxWNg). All the five permanent members have nuclear weapons. In fact, why should we need to have nuclear power plants – such Rube Goldberg machines just to boil water, even risking our lives? And, by "our lives," I mean all the lives on the planet.

Pure evil. Nuke industry, and all who support it, represent the antithesis of human kind. I send them love in the hope of softening their hard hearts and opening their eyes to the nightmare they have created out of greed and ego.
I feel so sad for the Japans children. Their parents will also suffer and suffer and suffer with their with their sick and dying children in their arms, and it will never end! As each generation goes by, disease and deformities will keep increasing. Japan first and worst, then north America then the rest of the world. We are all accumulating our own little collection of Fuku debris in our bodies that will keep growing as long as we live, but its the children who get a head start. Their collection is the same size as mine, only they are many times smaller, and their rapidly growing and multiplying cells many times more sensitive.
Research?!! wtf. enough! 60plus years of killing and mameing people with nuclear testing/bombing(japan), nuclear power fuck ups, DU weaponry(every US/UN war since Gulf warI), x-rays! [um...well you see we are not quite sure if low dose is good or bad. hmm.]
Governments and the nuclear industry(and their mates) still don't seem to believe the actual science. No exposure is good. ANY exposure is bad. There is no threshold dose. It WILL make your kids suffer and die. HELLOOO?!!

OOps, just a freudian slip off the e-tongue officer, ofcourse i don't promote violence to be done to this good altruistic people making a farytale to calm our battered nervesystem by all means availible for our own good…

In fact i'm against violence, including the violence that is now released on a massive scale by the all the governments and industry's of the globe upon its inhabitants by fistfekking every democratic laws and agreement , you know, those mutual agreements evolved from a need to make a better symbiosys between rulers and followers.

The people of Minamisoma are prisoners of their own government.
They are being treated in the same way as the Nazi's treated the people.
I'm not much for slinging that label.
But is a term synonymous for inhumane cruelty and pychopathic experimentation on the people.
God Save the People Of Japan.

And here it is: My paranoia proven correct in black and white. They want to experiment on people who are riddled with cancer and/or deformities in order to make money. I don't remember which article I commented on and admitted this thought, but now I realize I am not totally insane. God help those poor people.
