Title: Temporal variation of monthly 137Cs deposition observed in Japan: Effects of the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant accident
Source: Applied Radiation and Isotopes
Author: Katsumi Hirose
Date: March 26, 2013

Monthly 137Cs depositions from March 2011 to April 2012 were reported at monitoring stations within about 250 km from the Fukushima Daiichi NPP. The monthly 137Cs deposition at each station decreased with apparent half-lives of 11–14 d during the period from March to June 2011, and after July 2011 its decrease rates changed. Second peaks of the monthly 137Cs deposition occurred in February–April 2012, which may be supported by resuspension of 137Cs bearing particles. […]

Let's see the TEPCO data from the Fukushima plant own sensors on the premisses during the period described in the report .

Why didn't the Resercer ask TEPCO for that data or just pick it up from the TEPCO site if available ?

Let's see if EX-SKF finds the data and mates it with this report .

tons of data from Japan at – today, though, my ability to update and edit was suspended. Get it while you can. Official gov data

"…Let's see the TEPCO data from the Fukushima plant own sensors…"

Why would you think those worthless TEPCO clowns' OWN on-site sensors are accurate in any way? They barely read a blip through three core meltdowns. TEPCO has learned that if you absolutely have to record a measurement, then use instruments so insensitive, inaccurate and unreliable that the data can never be used against them. If they kill someone *and get caught*, they can always apologise with the utmost of sincerity.

They are sick human beings. Psychopaths can't even understand the concept of sharing information. That's like giving their power away for no reason at all *to peons*. It's never going to happen by their hand.

Fukushima Corium Is Now Under The Pacific Ocean:
Corium1,2,&3 was boring through the mudrock under Fukushima during the first quarter of 2012, resulting in elevated radiation readings clearly seen in this graph:
The hot Corium Lava vented into the atmosphere through numerous fractures left in the mudrock by earthquakes. The Corium Lava burned straight down through the fill under Buildings1,2,&3. Ground water reflected neutrons back into the Corium, keeping things popping and sputtering. When the Corium Lava reached mudrock, it began to follow the layers of stone, down towards the shore and out under the sea. Once Corium1,2,&3 reached the Pacific Ocean, by May of 2012, most of the contamination changed from corium-to-air, and became corium-to-water. Venting of the corium through fissures in the ground around the plant lessened. The heat of the corium drove contaminated water out through the porous sea floor, contributing to the high levels of radiation, that have now spread well out to sea, and up the food chain as contaminated seaweed and radioactive fish.
The radiation and heat from the 3 Rogue Nuclear Reactors, now under the Pacific Ocean, can be clearly seen as a heat signature from space:
There is nothing humanity can do now, but to sit back and watch radiation ruin a once-triving Pacific Seafood Industry.

Well stated PhilipUpNorth, I wish it were not true but I remember watching the live cam as the corium produced heavy black smoke between the reactors and your analysis seems to be quite accurate. I don't think it is restricted to just the Pacific Ocean. Ahh what a species.

    • pure water

May be this confirms your words:
I am not sure about the time and the position of coriums now. This is known by TEPCO and big countries and they will never tell us.
Anyway – the site still produces heavy emissins and strange things still appear. We will be watching, several of us at least.

    • Jay

Thanks for the link Philip !

However , that heat signature may come from Tectonic sources indicating approaching magma .
The reason is how wide that heat signature spreads in the scan , it is too wide for a narrow ( 1,000 meters shore line of Fukushima ) corium release , and to spread from just three coriums ( unless there is 'more' stored in the basement 😉 :

Try to corelate those heat signatures with earthquakes and volcanoes , see what transpires .
For example , observe the yelow ( heat ) circle near Iceland : the magma heat is leaking indicating a possible volcanic erruption .

      Cheers !

Oh , BTW , if the TEPCO own data ( still unfound ) from the Fukushima sensor do not match the featured article data ,we'll have a 'ball' ! You want to bet the TEPCO data for that period is gone ?

Probly not, this "hotspot" started around january and was growing ever since, now since last week it seems to subside but the source is right infront of Fukushima. I posted a couple of updates on the map and the source does not seem to change. The other orange spots you see could be from earthquakes or volcanoes or just season bound. i looked into the data all the way back to 2007 and there have never been hotspots that close to japan (or fuku) even when disater troke in 2011 so the coincidence is a bit to high….

Thanks for keeping the Sea surface anamoly's alive @philupnorth 😉 time for more people to notice!

      • PhilipUpNorth PhilipUpNorth

Jay, you are probably incorrect about the heat not being from Fuku Diiachi NPP, but rather from a volcanic source. Here's how to prove it for yourself:
Start with the NOAA Sea Surface Anamoly Animation, but switch to the tool that lets you set the dates. Select a date prior to 3/11/2011. No Fuku Diiachi Anamoly! 😉
The Fukushima Diiachi Sea Surface Temperature Anomaly is a post 3/11/2011 phenomena! You have, perhaps, under estimated the amount of energy that is produced by three Rogue Nuclear Reactors no longer under human control. Corium1,2,&3 has now become a force of nature. This is the entire point: the Fukushima Heat Signature can now be seen as a global phenomenon. And the proof is right here for those that follow this story.

        • Jay

Philip , in Hawai you can Walk on top of Flowing lava using the tubes of solidified lava : this shows the insulation of rock .

Magma at 2,500 Celsius is close to the temp of the corium , and when is under mud and rock plus a few meters of sea water , it;s presence beneath the ocean floor from the equivalent of 3 coriums can not be so hot to influence thousands of kilometers of Japanese shore line as seen in the scan .

But a wide area of tectonics cracks can .

Your evidence that the anomaly appeared after 3/11/11 can be also interpreted as the result of the large 9.0 earthquake that could cause old Faults to open and new ones to form .

BUT , Philip , how did NOA calculated this anomaly ?
If you look at the Normal scan there is nothing outstanding emerging from Fukushima/Japan right now as is in the Anomaly scan .

The tool that could have 'settle it' is the special algorithm displayed as AMSU microwave emmissions , a web site now closed …

Aside , we still didn't see the confirmation for this article by TEPCO own sensors data spread over Fukushima plant .

PhilipUpNorth There is also a yellow spot near the east coast of US. Thoughts?

The figures shown in the graph are startling – particularly since they are per square cm, only measure Cesium isotopes and are of course cumulative…

Looking at the two graphs, over the year, Fukushima city (black dots) was receiving around 500 Bq/cm2 per month and Futaba (white dots) around 1000 Bq/cm2 per month. Converting this to Bq/m2 (multiplying by 10,000) we get 5,000,000 Bq/m2 per month in Fukushima City and 10,000,000 Bq/m2 per month in Futaba.

Therefore the cumulative cesium deposition over the year was:

    Futaba: 120,000,000 Bq/m2
    Fukushima City: 60,000,000 Bq/m2

Truly shocking when you think that people are living in Fukushima City :0(

I already knew the fallout levels spiked a year after 311 because of how suddenly cancer began & "started" to spread in my wife's case and the timeline of the debut of cancer spikes in our family. I will hopefully be able to thank God and her oncology team for discovering it before it became hopelessly terminal IF her next bone scans,Oncology follow-up,etc. still determines that the cancer was stopped as of the CTscans, labs, etc. from her exams following chemo, radical mastectomy & 7 lymph node removal surgery, but a LOT of things have happened & even worse symptoms of something BAD going on since then that tell a story rife with negative implications that keeps plans for any cancer victory celebrations on hold for now(?) I've seen MANY cases during the 197 days of the past 15 months spent at the cancer treatment facility that seem to confirm my opinion that the "explosion" of new cancer cases is based on pure FACT rather than just my opinion of what I perceive I see going on with my own eyes and I feel bad for everyone who has or will see the things I've seen "in the flesh" so to speak! Also, I haven't seen any signs "yet" that the Pacific seafood industry is "dying", in fact the "bargain"-pricing at Red Lobster, etc. along with Hibachi Sushi Buffet restaurants that have sprung up & replaced the Country Buffet locations indicates that even more people are eating Pacific & GOM "tainted" seafood happily & without concern for the REASON behind the price…

    • We Not They Finally

We haven't a clue why anyone would still be going to a Japanese restaurant. It's all DENIAL. If you can't taste it, how can it hurt you? But it's also becoming daunting for VIGILANT people. It's not like we all have sophisticated Geiger counters when we go to the supermarket.

    • PhilipUpNorth PhilipUpNorth

Sorry for your troubles, Johnny. I figure we will now all get cancer in our lives. Even before Fuku, fully half the population got cancer during their lifetimes. I just figure that Fuku pushed the possibility to a near certainty.

Bargain prices are proof of a crashing Pacific Seafood Industry. Same thing happened to farm-raised shrimp, after articles appeared a decade ago revealing shrimp being imported into the US were being fed sewage sludge! All of a sudden, there were BOGO (buy one bag of frozen shrimp, get one free) sales popping up everywhere. But this is the grocers (call them "grosser") response to the crash of the shrimp market. Perhaps you have heard recently that Chinese farm raised talapia for export to the US market are being fed pig manure? Word does get around. Word will also get around about Fukushima radiation in Pacific Seafood. To see the crash, just look for the sales.

Red Lobster used to be one of my favorite restaurants. Now, even the Atlantic seafood carries Fukushima cesium. I wrote to them some years ago asking that they publish sources for their seafood. They essentially replied that they get their seafood from many sources, and will continue not to publish the source in their menus. "Shrimp Fest", anyone? 🙁

  • We Not They Finally

That graph really isn't surprising. Huge amounts were released into THE AIR with the catastrophe, which may have then slightly leveled off. But the fissioning corium sinking into the GROUND and going on to contaminate THE SEA would spike the rates up again somewhat later on. There is no "good news" here for sure.

+311 WNTF! It may be that the apathy is so prevalent that NOTHING can get through the thick skulls of the majority of the public?!! Not even "official" "telling" data & "hints" of impending doom found in MSM reporting doesn't even faze them(?)!!~ But it really pisses me off that those who buried their heads in the sand and make up the bulk of the victims/populace are the reason a small handful of rich, greedy, EVIL a-holes get to rule and sicken/kill ALL of us by "default" via the "deafening silence" in response to every disgusting issue & event the public is endangered by via corporate,special-interest groups who sponsor and/or seduce our leadership with dirty money for THEIR own personal gain regardless of the "cost" in terms of lives ruined or lost & not limited to the human toll alone either! The only hope we "had" was back when the underground coffer dam "was" still a viable option that was SUPPOSED to be dug out & constructed BEFORE the multiple-coriums burned their way into the depths that now make it impossible & impractical but TEPCO rejected because it wouldn't generate profits! Now it's probably too late to prevent the inevitable sequence of events that is speeding up our extinction along with all other life forms that the scuzzy elite have succeeded in sealing our dismal fates in favor of their own personal gain & sickening agenda(s) even though INTELLIGENT people would EASILY choose to give up the easy life electricity generates in favor of…

        >>just LIVING and without the "guarantee" of getting a "hands-on" education in cancer & the other numerous health issues the crap nuke technology gives us "if" we were really so dependent on nuclear alone to begin with-which we are NOT and wouldn't miss the crap at all, and wouldn't HAVE to be "missing" the family & friends who died from it already!! I could EASILY get by with a bank of batteries connected to a stationary bike mounted car alternator &/or solar panels charging them or running "necessary" equipment & would give up having a PC & internet access, TV, microwave ovens, etc. in a heartbeat if it meant long, healthy lives & not assaulting Mother Nature & all her living things as a result! I wouldn't miss the electronic means of spreading propaganda and anchoring obese people in front of TV sets being fed lies by corrupt govt. & their corporate sponsorship, but that's just one of MANY things that would benefit from a "simpler" way of life IMHO!! F_CK NUKES & the PUKES who (literally) shove their "products" down our throats anyways!! SHUT THEM ALL DOWN NOW!! 😐 ~**

Forgive my lack of astute knowledge of sea temperatures. This graph of the waters off the US gulf state areas looks very hot to me. Am I accurate in my reading? Thank you very much.

  • setxwageslave

Thanks PhillipUpNorth and pure water for those very insightful links. I'm not a pro by a long shot, but its hard to miss that heat coming off Japan. I cant say where the corium went because I don't like to speculate. But, the heat maps cant really lie. I've been monitoring this website since the start of the deepwater horizon disaster. I want to say thanks to all the enenewsers that have given me so much knowledge. I visit atleast 4 or 5 times a day and read every article and all the comments. This is an evil creature we are dealing with. I work in the oil industry in Southeast Texas, not too far from Bayou Corne. I am not proud of this. I hate big oil. But these nukes need to be stopped. I will continue to come here and keep spreading the word. Thanks again ya'll.

The best theory is one that organizes the most emperically assertainable data. I have been thinking for some that Fukushima has entered a new phase, in which the three Rogue Nuclear Reactors have now moved deep into the earth, where they are beyond the reach of humanity. They will never be "Decommissioned", "cleaned up", or brought into "Cold Shutdown". I got to looking at the above chart, which shows Cesium deposition fell off after 3/11/2011, but then rises back up in Quarter 1, 2012. Then I looked at the levels of Cesium found in fish, which begins to rapidly rise in April, 2012.
I discovered that the contamination of fish really takes off just after the air deposition of Cesium abates in April, 2012. To me, this data suggests that about that time, contamination by air gives way to contamination by water, as the corium follows the mudstone layers under the seabed out to sea. If it is true, this is a momentous page being turned in the Fukushima Saga.
As for the ruins left behind by Corium1,2,&3, It matters not what TEPCO does or doesn't do with them over the next 40 years. The damage is done. Corium1,2,&3 are now out to sea. Beyond human control and remediation. The damage to Earth's biosphere is incalculable. Many thanks,…

The first sentence above should read "ascertainable". The lase sentence was to have read: "Many thanks, ENEnewsers, for all the kind comments."
