Nuclear fuel at Fukushima No. 1 unit melted after full exposure, Kyodo, May 13, 2011:

Tokyo Electric Power Co., the operator of the crippled Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant, revealed Thursday that holes had been created by melted nuclear fuel at the bottom of the No. 1 reactor’s pressure vessel.

The company said it has found multiple holes adding up to several centimeters in welded piping. [...]

6 to 9 month plan to get this under control…thats the last time MSM on TV covered Fukushima. …has anyone seen any Fukushima coverage on the TV news last few days?

FINALLY a true flicker of the light of awareness out of Tokyo in this article!

TEPCO Strikes Again–Fukushima No. 1 Reactor Experiencing Full Meltdown
“After months of incorrect information and stone walling questions from the media, the truth has finally come out.

As I set here in Tokyo, drinking a hot cup of coffee and preparing for the day, there are little positive words I can muster for TEPCO. This is the same company which has a proven history of lies and cover-up. We only have to look at TEPCO`s past to see clearly that this company is built on lies and little care for the public welfare.“

“Here we are now, they lied about the meltdown at Fukushima until they were forced to admit the ugly truth.

Now we here in Japan are facing one of the worst nuclear power plant disasters in human history. TEPCO officials find themselves with their pants around their ankles. No effective solutions are being offered by a company who has made empty promises to improve safety standards time and time again. People are getting sick and will die from radiation exposure in the future. “

    Powder to remove radiation developed
    Kyodo

A chemist and a domestic company have jointly developed a powder that can capture and precipitate radioactive substances in water and that could be used in the ongoing effort to deal with contaminated water at the crippled Fukushima nuclear plant, the chemist said Tuesday.

      Importance of zeolite

“The powder, made of various chemicals and minerals, including zeolite, can remove radioactive substances such as iodine, cesium and strontium, according to Tomihisa Ota, a professor at Kanazawa University who developed it with Kumaken Kougyou Co., a pollution cleanup company in Akita Prefecture.” – quote from above posted link/article.

Thank you Anthony for this post.

The effectiveness of zeolite again to the forefront.

      The task at hand

The quest remains to find a source of zeolite that has been independently tested and found free of heavy metal contaminates, etc. I will not accept, “We cleaned it” or “it is safe”. I’ve been getting that alot lately.

It is agreed by those who post on this site, that the Fukushima condition will be with us for a long period of time. Quite frankly, well beyond the lifetime of any now living on this planet.

The remedial actions taken must therefore last a lifetime. Chelation strategy must become a permanent part of our lives, of our thinking, of our lifestyle.

The time for speculation and half measures are over. We must awaken from our half stupor, and dazed disbelief caused by the vast number of people, friends and loved ones who are ignorant of the dangers that bio-accumulation of internal emitters present.

The constant effect of thousands upon thousands going about their business as if this threat does not exist is the strangest experience of mass delusion I have ever experienced.

It reminds me of the movie the Matrix. We who are willing to accept reality and truth regardless of what it costs are few. We see the implications.

We experience the pain of walking around in the matrix knowing the truth and seeing the reality, while others function normally, still connected to a pre-311 world. Some want the be reconnected into the matrix, to escape the discomfort of living in the real.

I tell Mrs. Noah, that I have chosen to intentionally face the stress of adapting to the threat now, rather than face the problem later, when it appears in the form of diseases induced by the bio-accumulation of radioactive particles.

      What I am doing now

On Saturday I am installing special screening (PollenTEC) into my windows that will filter out micron sized particles, such as pollen out of the air. This will greatly reduce the dust entering my home, when the windows are open for ventilation.

I am upgrading my kitchen RO unit to a 100 gal a day RO system. The prior RO system was too slow in recharging the tank and could not supply enough water for the baking soda cleansing baths Mrs. Noah uses to wash our produce, such as pre-311 apples and oranges. The 100 gallon a day, with permeate pump, will supply for both cleaning & drinking/food prep.

I am increasing my supply of various chelation supplements, such as apple pectin, which is useful against C-137. Which I have purchased from Swanson Health Products. There prices are low and quality high. Shipping is once flat rate, no matter how large your order.

Accumulating pre-311 supplements now is a high priority with us. Do not worry about expiration dates, old stock free from radiation is much better than fresh new stock containing radioactive particles.

If you have any ideas about food and water testing let me know. I am also exploring this area. It will have growing significance in the years to follow, as C-137 accumulates in the food chain.

Letting radiation leak, but never information

    By DEBITO ARUDOU

“ One would hope that Fukushima would occasion review and reform. But I doubt it will. Fukushima has illuminated how the biggest problems facing Japan will not get fixed — because the public cannot or will not force the state to take responsibility for its mistakes. Ultimately, this is what breeds Japan’s undying fatalism.“

    Radiation leak ‘could kill 400,000′
Researcher bases grave study on Chernobyl disaster

A large-scale radiation leak at a major nuclear reactor in Japan could kill more than 400,000 people and cost up to 460 trillion yen over 50 years, according to a study by a Kyoto Sangyo University researcher released Monday.

EARTHQUAKE AND A TSUNAMI ARE ACTS OF GOD AND STARTED THE NUCLEAR EVENT. I WORKED IN THE BUILDING AT EBASCO SERVICES INC. WHERE TWO OF THE UNITS WERE DESIGNED AND ENGINEERED. SAFETY WAS ALWAYS FIRST TO ME AND I READ THE PSAR AND FSAR ( final safety analyis report). But after talking to some of the arrogant and over confident engineers I respected and feared this huge machine.
To understand how big is this machine you have to understand E=mC2= mx(186,282)x(186,282)=mx34,700,983,000 with the amount of radioactive material stored on site that represents hugh amount of uncontrolled energy.
The basic problem that was never solved was what to do with the spent fuel. Storing the fuel in cooling pools is a bad solution. There are a lot of pools sitting around the world waiting for an accident. Fukushima is a warning to humans that unless that problem is solved the WORST IS YET COME. Fukushima is only the first accident. Humans need to learn from thier mistakes and find a solution to this problem as soon as possible or maybe sooner.

      The Basic Problem

“The basic problem that was never solved was what to do with the spent fuel.” – Charlie

“Let’s see, let’s turn it into a weapon and fire it into other countries!”

And so DU weapons were born out of the nuclear fires. Out came an idea, born of hell itself.

“The basic problem that was never solved was what to do with all this aluminum waste.”

“Let’s see, let’s sell it to the city and dump it into the drinking water!”

And so fluoridation was born out of the processing fires. Out came an idea, born of hell itself.

    Obtuse to a radiation leak

The actions of the U.S. Navy and the Japanese Foreign Ministry concerning the possible leak of radioactive water from a nuclear-powered submarine during its port calls in Japan in March and April show that they lack sensitivity to the concerns of Japanese citizens.
