my only thought is: Is it possible that the existing share holders had all perished in the tsunami? I really couldn’t see anyone holding onto a share that devalued by 90+%

well when it reaches 0.0001 yen the goverment can buy and take the bill, and maybe put the army covering that problem

Maybe Geitner and Barry Soetoro will bail them out !!

Since it seems they intend to bail out Greece, Libya, Egypt, Syria, and Yemen, why not. Its only fiat paper. The question is, who is holding the CDS/CDOs on TEPCO? I have 5 guesses.

There is no one that gives a whit about Tepco shares, except the media types that want to have some garbage to print.
Tepco has been dead since March 14th. They only exist as a shield between the Japanese government and the people of japan…

the question to ask is what is a nuke pr company doing selling radiation resistant wheat to africa.
sounds like a test bed for roll out around the world

good. That’s what TEPCO (and anybody who ever invested into nuke power) deserves. Has always deserved. The universe functions by the Yo-Yo principle – we all reap what we sow ..
The sad part is all the loss in other places/ parts of society and economy since everything’s connected.
