NHK, Oct. 26, 2013 at 1:12p UTC: Typhoon passes off Japan’s Pacific coast […] The typhoon brought heavy rain to many places, including Iwata, Shizouka Prefecture, where 17 houses were inundated. […] At the Fukushima nuclear plant, water levels rose inside barriers around tanks of contaminated wastewater. The plant released some water after confirming radioactivity levels were below the government’s standards. The water was released from inside the barriers, but kept within plant premises.

AFP, Oct. 26, 2013: Keiji Doi, director of the meteorological agency’s quake predictions, told an early morning news conference […] “There is the possibility that aftershocks with a magnitude of around seven will occur once in a while.”

Wall St. Journal (MarketWatch), Oct. 26, 2013: Three aftershocks were reported, with the strongest recording a magnitude 5.5.

Won"t an ice wall crack if there is an earthquake strong enough? How do you engineer something like that?

  • dosdos dosdos

It would heal itself by freezing the water passing through the cracks.

    • Dr. Anne Lee Tomlinson Maziar anne

Where is the energy coming from to keep the ice wall frozen?

    • unincredulous unincredulous

what if the refrigeration tubes get broken? Are they impervious like superman?

      • Bones Bones

If the wall worked perfectly as designed, contaminated water will still find a way around a wall; What about the air releases? It's just a PR, "We are doing things! See the progress of doing things!," tactic to placate people. I'd imagine the site would become so flooded with continually concentrated radioactive isotopes being dammed up by the wall leading to abandonment eventually. Instead of constantly worrying about contaminated water flowing into the ocean [Not that it's not a huge problem!], how about figuring out how to stop the coriums and how to remove and contain or just contain somehow SPF4 that continue to spew radiation, which is the source of all the freaking deadly water? Cut the source and water won't be a massive problem anymore instead of these cheap-o band-aids. Maybe if the ice wall was miles and miles long I'd think it would help, but it's a huge waste of time by letting the plant continue to fester during this construction. I can't see multiple large construction projects occurring at once there, can you?

        • Bones Bones

In my opinion, the ice wall equals kabuki theater. I refuse to believe nothing can be done to stop the releases and isolate the cores from our environment. Hell, drill a miles deep hole below the coriums miles deeper than the ocean and let them sink through and dump it half full of neutron absorbers and top it off with massive amounts of concrete. I refuse to believe there is no option to stop this. Can't find the cores if you don't look. Can't rebuild a motor without opening the toolbox first. You have to START a project to finish it! lol All is well as long as you're an ignorant fool.

Just think what might happen if a M7 hits while they are removing fuel cells on or about November 10,2013. Now, the rest of us, the world, does not have any say in what is being done..very clearly TEPCO and JAPANESE authorities really show no concern for the Pacific ocean or the atmosphere. They just keep flowing and dumping into water, land and air. Can someone sue thru world court? Shouldnt Japan follow international laws?

    • We Not They Finally

The international laws on radioactive dumping are apparently BAD. They prohibit taking a ship out and dumping at sea. But if you are ADJACENT to a body of water, you can get a free pass. Like Areva in France regularly dumping right into the English Channel.

Does anyone even know if there are laws prevent radioactive materials going AIR-BORNE? Much less WHERE they go dependent on the jet stream and air currents?

It would be good to see adjacent countries sue, though. Like South Korea and China.

Jec. u R so right. Think of the implications if Dutchsinse is right….
Quote: On October 25, 2013 at 1710UTC, a 7.2M earthquake struck off the eastern shores of Japan. Ironically, at the same time as the earthquake, in the same direct area, Tropical Storm Francisco (formerly Typhoon Francisco), and Typhoon Lekima both intersected in the same area as the 7.2M earthquake AT THE SAME TIME .

Several viewers might recall this from a few days ago, Typhoon Lekima was the storm created by a very large microwave pulse on October 18th, 2013. See:

In a very strange turn of events, today, after the 7.2M earthquake, BOTH named storms WERE REMOVED FROM THE MAPS! Tropical Storm Francisco (even though its off the east coast of Japan) was downgraded, and Typhoon Lekima, which was a Category 3 Typhoon last night, was magically downgraded and wiped off the map as well.

However, you can clearly see in the .gif animation at the start of this post, both storms still exist, rotation still exists, high winds, and heavy precipitation still exists. So why downgrade and wipe the storms in such a rushed manner?

The answer is obvious. “They” do not want people to put 2+2 together on this. Unquote.

    • kintaman kintaman

Put 2 + 2 together? Please elaborate for me I have not slept yet.

    • We Not They Finally

We saw the dutchsinse analysis too. Very freaky. Why, when confronted with ELE, would ANYONE want to make it worse, or quicker, or more pervasive? The media manipulation, the downgrading of storms or wiping them from the news — that's terrible. But ADDING microwave pulses to deliberately intensify deadly storms? That's almost too demonic to conceive. Unfortunately, doesn't mean that it doesn't happen.

    • yohananw

Truth is stranger than fiction. Conspiracy theories can be entertaining. The coincidence of nearby earthquake and typhoon, with nuclear power plant disaster is fodder for pulse adepts.

For a stranger weather control story see Project Cirrus/Stormfury, on possible turning of hurricane into Savannah on October 13, 1947 by GE and military…

We are stuck on the heath with Shakespeare's King Lear,
      >Blow, winds, and crack your cheeks! rage! blow!
      You cataracts and hurricanoes, spout…
…I'll talk a word with this same learned Theban.
      What is your study?

  • Ontological Ontological

I saw the weather modification vids, yes it was microwave heating of the atmosphere, but from what I saw the effect cause BOTH storms to undulate, drawing energy from the closer to Japan storm; and harmlessly move them away from Fukushima. Without that help both storms may have inundated them with excessive rain. Evil has two sides, sometimes Templar activity and use of black book program devices can appear as though it is for the worst. It is in my opinion also that Franken-storm Sandy was actually downgraded employing the same kind of microwave atmospheric heating. So it depends on what side of the preverbal coin you look at.

  • irhologram

Kinda an. You would have to view the Dutchsinse links to understand. They contain videos and graphs of the typhoons and the earthquake. But summarizing, he posted that microwave frequencies of some sort proceeded the formation of last weeks' storm and then also Lekima…directly in their positions…and that "coincidentally, in the same position of Lekima, as Lekima passed by, the earthquake also occurred. He suggests that Francisco and Lekima are still strong, but have been downgraded in name only, because once the earthquake occurred, TPTB did not want people linking the storms, or what produced or steered them, to the subsequent earthquake. Logically, that would be three coincidences: 1 and 2, That the pulsed epicenter of Tropical Depressions 27 and then, coincidentally Tropical Depression 28 preceded the formation of both typhoons, and coincidence 3, that an earthquake occurred subsequently as well. Two coincidences? OK. But 3, he suggests, will raise questions and start inquiry.

  • irhologram

Sorry spellcheck. That was addressed to Kintaman. Just saw your comment. I don't think he drew any conclusion…only that there was some sort of cover up, because, he says the Typhoons were falsely downgraded.

  • irhologram

BUT…Ontalogical, as long as you've "gone there," the microwave pulses aimed at Franscisco and Lekima AND Sandy were when they were yet SMALL and predictability wasn't in the cards…so, given government's poor track record of care for the people, I'm not sure I would draw the same conclusion you do. iF I were drawing conclusions. Which I'm not. But I like to keep my eyes open. I suppose there would be a reason "they" can't share with citizens they can help us by steering storms away?

  • Ontological Ontological

I did not say microwave heating of the upper air was for anyone's protection, I merely made an observation. "They" may have been protecting their remaining un melted plutonium from washing away.

  • We Not They Finally

How can you release water from inside the barriers at the plant but it still stays within the plant? And how can you confirm radioactivity levels in the middle of a typhoon? And is something called "government standards" even anywhere near safe? Assuming they were even applied? Or anyone on site actually tested?

There hasn't been a single news release from the start that does anything but raise further questions.

  • Wyakin Wyakin

WNTF-Great questions and observation. I have great respect for those who review the facts, critically think, and express centered and pragmatic views. I value your skill at parsing words to interpet their underlying meaning. I hope we all get the answers to all those "further questions" you reference above. Peace.

  • Sol Man

NHK's comments made no sense, with the billions of becquerels floating around everywhere- what government standards?
AFP is not much better. There have been shocks and aftershocks of that magnitude forever. They haven' been measured for very long.
