    • That's only 30 miles offshore – so possible tsunami?

Shitsukari Port is the closest town/port.

(It's about 270 miles straight north of Fukushima – a little east of straight north).

  • Wow.

That means it has probably been direct-routing all along, depending on wind direction.

And, geiger readings are not giving the full story for Tokyo.

Of course, depending on wind direction, it was always possible for fallout to be directed at Tokyo… and yes they, the NRC, did know about it at the time…

Quote from: "Official Transcript of Proceedings" – NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION

Title: Japan's Fukushima Daiichi ET Audio File
      Location: (telephone conversations)
      Date: Tuesday March 15, 2011

      Dan Dorman:
"… Were also starting to see some media reporting that, that the French have advised their citizens to get out of Tokyo, whish is, is even further away, more like 150 miles. So there's, there's a lot of things moving here.
Another piece is that the wind is no longer going out to sea. The wind is now blowing towards Tokyo.
      Brian McDermott: Okay.
Dan Dorman: So that's that's kind of the highlights.

      …"

      You get the idea.

if ever people in tokyo needed to evacuate in place or flee it would have been during this plume. simple precautions would have reduced their dose loadings alot, not to anything near safe levels of course,,,but,,,wow.

They should have begun to evacuate Tokyo on 311! Too late now. 40,000,000 casualties?

Two weeks ago I recommended that a business associate not travel to Tokyo because it was unsafe due to dangerous radiation.

He checked online with the US State Department and found no travel alerts for Japan. By his remarks, I suspect he thought I had gone over the edge. Naturally, based on the MSM news, he thought Fukushima Daiichi was stable and under control. He was in Tokyo for 5 days.

Hilary Clinton is reported to have signed an agreement saying that the US would continue to import foodstuffs from Japan. Money/commerce trumps everything.

The bastards are killing us. The only consolation or justice is, that they'll die with the rest of us…Sayonara!

PS…If you type in "Fukushima" in Google News, there is no listing for this report. Geez, wouldn't you know…WTF!

We too are having similar encounters with many US business people traveling to Japan for non-essential trips like business meetings and conferences mixed with sightseeing.

The US State Department foreign travel advisory does not warn about radioactive contamination of food, tap water, air, etc. from Fukushima even though our government has data. I used to rely on their web site, but now a lot wiser thanks to ENENEWS, realize that the US advisory is based more on politics. How else does it omit the data of Fukushima fallout over Tokyo and Eastern JP cities when the same government teaches in high school classes that radioactive elements remain fatal for decades even in small dose?

My husband, also wiser thanks to me, says he's looked at like a crazy nut when he recently warned a group of busines associates who're going to Tokyo for a conference. One German academic wrote back, saying "I think Fukushima event is over, no more danger, because there is no more CNN report". He and his colleague are planning to attend a Tokyo conference this fall, along with their wives and small kids. They plan to climb/hike Mt. Fuji.

We've given them all the news links and data about contamination, but they wouldn't believe us because "it is not on CNN TV, not on US State Dept. advisory"

I tell my family, now is the time of Darwinian fittness test, we have to seek/vet information and think independently.

Also, if you truly care about Fukushima children, do not become a statistic by going to Japan now. That's how the JP gov't justifies their refusal to evacuate and protect the health of children.

They cite the numbers of foreign visitors and say "look, these foregin people came and enjoyed Japan, so there is no problem, everything is all right, no need to talk about Fukushima nuclear and radiation, absolutely no need to evacuate children…"

By going to Japan, you are contributing to the Japanese government's manipulation and genocide.

This is one more good reason that I now tell to people I know.

  • Those in Tokyo needed this well over a year ago. Should have been produced in real time. Most likely could have been produced in real time. Probably was produced in real time, but was withheld.

If my memory serves me correctly, I recall all maps of the day, and for a long period afterwards, that showed the plume heading out to sea. Actually, I am certain I read articles saying how good it was for Japan that this was blowing out to sea and avoiding Tokyo.

So maybe it was not just withheld, maybe those in Tokyo were intentionally lied to and mislead through FALSE information. I am sure the claim will be it was for their own good as many would have died trying to quickly exit the big city. Whatever…

The real point is… Safe Mass Evacuation! There really never was a plan. There can be no such thing. They knew it wouldn't work, but it sounded good on paper.

ChasAha I was going to write similar:

This concludes that the radiation levels and wind directions where manipulated for the public at that time. The wind was shown as blowing west to east out over the sea and radiation levels where always normal in Tokyo with slightly higher levels then average.
I think that the data is still manipulated just to keep public unaware (also the business people who come to Japan etc.) See also the stories about cleaning the soil at the measure stations.

Yes, Big Brother saved all those Tokyo lives from road wrecks, refugee camp deaths, etc.. He is such a kindly gent. Always thoughtful. Now they can did peacefully at home and in clean (albeit irradiated) surroundings with plenty of Soma to ease their terminal cancer pains.
