Its things like Nuke Theme Kids Parks which make these people look like supreme assholes and psychopaths. Its ridiculously insensitive to encourage kids to play with the thing that is giving them cancers and harming their health. Even if its just the idea or theme.

The important thing is that it relieves a lot of the stress associated with radiation. You can't fight stress with sticks and stones, you need fuzzy cartoon characters and lots of smiles. A happy pill and massage doesn't hurt either.
