Description: Yokosuka city [270 kilometers SSW of Fukushima Daiichi] cleans elementary school 0.67 microsieverts/hr radioactive dirt during recess. City acceptable limit is 0.59 [...] Is the way Yokosuka City decontaminates elementary schools really ok? Mommy, Daddy, Grandma, Grandpa, are you at ease with this? This year go watch when the city goes to check radiation at your child’s school. Raise your voices and take responsibility for your children’s safety. You CAN do it, it is your right!

To compare our children to those left THERE is silly and almost MB macho BS…
Yes, I am aware of the straight line death rates in global populations exposed to released radiation…
When one sees the immediate risk to our children here as being unacceptable, the risk THERE remains to be seen as far far beyond outrageously unacceptable.. The children THERE should be moved!!! Sadly, it should have been years ago, now!!!!
We cannot move our children from Fukushima… But, those children can be moved at least to some degree – Therefore, the tears at the crimminal disregard for their situation…
If San Onofre was to go would you feel the same???
Chinese, Russians, Brazilians, Bulgarians, just may not want to buy the country up once they know what the dusting forever is tainted with. The Southern hemisphere seems better, but wonder for how long after I saw the guy do the wiped-car radiation test somewhere in Brazil. Good luck to all. I feel worst for the children.
