    Go to about 2:55, look at the area behind the base of the red and white crane in the middle of the screen. Run the video and watch for about 5 seconds. Looks like an explosion in the background.

      Looked to me like a very bright flash from right to left. Right after what looks like a crane or boom swings suddenly toward the right. Hard to say if the flash is a vehicle or not. It looked like an explosion to me, too, but the video is speeded up.

    How long are the workers climbing around there?

    When I think of what I have read earlier about the Chernobyl jump-teams that stayed perhaps 20 seconds before leaving the area, it seems like the Japanese workers are staying far too long.

    From the video’s, I have no clue what they are doing, or what is happening.
    This disaster is not good for anyone.

    The people who have decided to stay and work on these plants, are hero’s.

    Where is the very top big wigs who started these plants in the first place? Are they are working along side the people who are there?

    It would be hard, indeed, to find poorer quality visuals than these, but, I expect TEPCO is not interested in adding a zoom lens anytime soon. Speeding up the images has only added to their indecipherability. But, given all that, it is my estimation that we are seeing about 15 minutes or less of actual live feed webcam collapsed into a little over 3 mins. I believe we see a bus arrive, a usual looking bus that transports engineers and laborers to and fro. A handful of white suited people get onto an outside lift and take the lift to the third floor of the reactor building, or what’s left of it, and walk along the galley overlooking SFP 4. They are not doing anything other than stopping, looking, conferring amongst themselves, walking a little farther, stopping, looking, conferring. Looks to be an inspection with several engineers.

    The next video feed appears to take place in about the same time frame, but because it isn’t enlarged as well as speeded up, it remains less fuzzy. What I see is cranes moving back and forth, back and forth. Eventually, the middle crane ejects liquid of some kind down onto something out of view. Water? Liquid cement? Boron? It looks dark, but that can easily be the light angle. The spray of liquid moves as the crane moves.

    The workers are not walking; they are literally running from one side to another. And they way they are running indicates something very terrible going in there.

    The Japanese people are not happy.

    Many realize a significant portion of Japanese soil is not suitable for habitation. Just last October a leaked Tepco documented indicated the total amount of plutonium and neptunium emitted from the plant. This stuff sticks around for millions of years…

    This is crazy! We hear nothing from our government/media and are left to assume/guess what is happening. They are contaminating the world for all of us. Why aren’t other countries including the U.S. demanding access and information? Where is the media coverage? I am very disappointed in our leaders and very concerned about our future. Money is obviously more important than safety. NO NUKES!!!
