Iwate may face similar ban amid radiation spread
The government ordered a complete ban Thursday on all shipments of beef cattle from Miyagi Prefecture after detecting radioactive cesium above the government limit in some local cattle.
The government is also considering placing a similar ban on beef cattle from Iwate Prefecture, where five cattle from Ichinoseki and Fujisawa have already been found contaminated with radioactive cesium exceeding the limit of 500 becquerels per kilogram. [...]
The discovery of beef cattle from various prefectures in northeastern Japan with elevated levels of radioactive cesium has caused widespread concern. [...]

that is nothing but censorship. plain and simple. i wondered when they were going to show their hand. since this steady stream of disinformation and shadetree propaganda was a very good indicator of vast amounts of corruption at play here.

well then! lets go back to the beginning where there was no surprise at crops etc being contaminated…their surprise at the beef was because they forgot to remember stuff like this
Radiation found on crops in Japan
March 19:
As workers quickly work to contain the radiation leaking from the Fukushima nuclear plant’s reactors, experts in Japan now say traces of radiation are being found on spinach and milk. NBC’s Robert Bazell reports

do you all remember nearly proper journalism….the good old days of the media! when they all could tap peoples phones and get to the real (non radioactive)meat of the story! so to speak!
coupla questions here?
wheres australian cannonball? if you go to you tube and type his name in theres no links to him..i tried other names like leakspinner who hasnt posted for some weeks and thats ok…so he has been targetted for blocking!
another trick that is being employed is to upload loads of videos of dr fukushima the surgeon doing gruesome surgical stuff (i find that a bit sick personnaly…makes me think a non japanese came up with that? is it someone in ogilvy? or someone else?) and getting rid of videos ie children of fukushima go back to school (about 2 months ago).. this is defeating the mighty metacrawler!
next was a search for terms to do with enenews in different browsers….meta was best in this regard..exept that some links i clicked on gave me a security warning that there was a problem…i later came back and clicked again and found the page no problem!? strange! the links were a bit sparce considering!
and finally, on skype to norway and i have loads of problems, the last was wierd they couldnt hear me so i unpluged the microphone and repluged it then they could hear me but i couldnt hear them, could be glitch in the computer software.. will reinstall skype and see how it goes….bloody geiger counter! grrr! 6 months ago i was a mild meek motorbiker!
so thank you! i get bored easily lol!!
now i feel like osama bin arclight!
and its all your fault enenews!
what did happen to CND…not mixed with the corium i hope…. JUST SOME MUSINGS!
light love and peace peeps (see you tommorrowwww god willing)

“radioactive cesium has caused widespread concern…..”
Wonder if it will concern any other government around the world that are saying everything is fine and there is no contamination in or around Japan as nuclear power plants are safe…. Japanese foods and products are not safe and it has only just begun. The more testing that is dune by independents the more we will see how the poison is spreading and there will be no hiding it. We here at enenews know it, we have to try and inform others as best we can.

I have boycotted all Japanese products and I was once a regular consumer. Though the boycott strategy will cause socioeconomic pain, this will must occur as a strategy for creating realistic assessment that supercedes government and industry efforts at media minimization of the reality of FukDie. It was somewhat successful in toppling, at least palliatively, the openly apartheid government of South Africa, it will work here.

Contaminated beef served in Gifu school lunches
National Jul. 30, 2011
GIFU — Gifu prefectural authorities said Friday that beef thought to be contaminated with radioactive material has been served in children’s school lunches in 52 schools throughout the city of Gifu. City authorities told a news conference that mincemeat from 14 head of cattle was used in croquettes served with children’s school lunches, and that the serial number of one of the cows matches that of an animal believed to be contaminated.
The contamination is thought to have come from cesium-tainted straw fed to the animal. According to authorities, no straw remains at the farm that provided the cattle …

Japan widens ban on radioactive beef to Miyagi Prefecture
National Jul. 29, 2011
TOKYO — Japan widened a ban on beef shipments to a second tsunami-hit region on Thursday, citing elevated radiation levels in the meat of animals because of the ongoing Fukushima nuclear crisis.
Almost 3,000 cattle feared contaminated with cesium have been shipped nationwide and slaughtered after the animals were fed rice straw exposed to fallout from the more than four-month-old nuclear crisis.
After banning sales of cattle from Fukushima Prefecture last week, the government extended the order to neighboring Miyagi Prefecture, where at least six contaminated animals have been identified.
The new order was announced by …
